This terraced building is made up of two blocks of 8 terraced houses each.

It consists of a basement, pl. low, pl. first and pl. under cover The ground floor is used as a garage and the remaining floors are used as housing. The proposal proposes that the spaces of use open towards the north where the best views of the landscape are located. The basement floor, dedicated to storage, acts as a terrace to facilitate the indoor-outdoor link. On the upper floor, a diaphanous space with a terrace has been designated for multi-functional use, which also creates a visual link with nature and the best views from the highest part of the building.

From the access facade you can see how the inclined concrete roof rises up, standing out as the inclined plane of the crowning of the building.
