Building between medianeras in the Born neighborhood of the mid-19th century. This property is characterized by the typical sgraffitos of modernist architecture embodied in its facade. The rehabilitation of the floors that make it up takes as its basic premise the recovery of traditional elements of its architecture (wooden beams, brick, stone) and enhancing them taking on a greater role as the language of the intervention. The new materials that are incorporated are in full harmony and agreement with the old recovered ones, respecting the original structural walls and the rest of its structure. On Calle Argentería there are 3 rehabilitated flats, the first of them a duplex with a room in a mezzanine which is illuminated and ventilated by the main facade. On the apple patio, there is also another duplex that has a decked terrace as an extension of the living area and a studio apartment on the upper floor.
