Renovation of a 22m² premises in the heart of the Born neighborhood in Barcelona destined for an office. The floor was lowered about 60cm from the level of the sidewalk, gaining interior height to be able to take advantage of the space in the high areas of the same and thus obtain an optimization in the functional program.

The opening of the entrance door was used as access and showcase at the same time, coordinating the width of the carpentry with the work space. The entrance door is a large hinged leaf of corten steel and glass.

In the interior, materials such as steel, wood and glass were used. It should be noted that all the original materials from the time the building was built were meticulously recovered.
