This project resolves 6 semi-detached houses located in the Urbanización Mas Mestre in the town of Olivella in the province of Barcelona. Materialized in concrete, steel and glass contrasting with the wooden floors, both interior and exterior, the houses offer pure forms in their volume and a modern and minimalist image. The semi-covered spaces towards the front and opposite solve the interior-exterior relationship. The concrete prisms are raised on a mixed structure of load-bearing walls of the same material (the sides) and metal-free pillars. The spaces are open and bright. All the levels of the house are linked through holes that flank the staircase with an entrance of overhead light, which generate a winter garden that invades each floor of the house. The large aluminum balconeras embedded at the level of the floor finish also help to create a perfect continuity between interior and exterior.
