Isolated single-family house, each floor has sufficient independence so that all members of the family can develop their lives with total independence. Two pure volumes out of phase accompanying the slope of the lot make up the building. The living areas are projected towards the south with large terraces that develop in front of the building and instead the most intimate rooms or night area of the house, open to a side garden looking for greater privacy and tranquility. The tectonic breakdown of the slabs stands out in the volumetry, enhancing the constructive stratification of the work. The house has 4 levels, each of them (except the basement for parking) with living areas to the south and two bedrooms with study per floor to the southeast. The night areas are always a half level higher than the day areas making an interesting game of unevenness between the parts of the house.
