This building consists of 3 floors above ground on the corner, which means optimal ventilation and lighting of the rooms that make up the homes, allowing cross ventilation. The projected volume aims, within its singularity and independence, to be resounding and unitary in its composition. The planned buildable area is distributed over a ground floor, first floor and a second floor, creating a solarium terrace on the garage roof on the ground floor. The basement floors house a warehouse and a parking lot with independent access derived from the grade of the road they face. The parking capacity is 12 cars.
