This comprehensive renovation of a building in the center of El Papiol consists of subdividing the old floors into two, generating small apartments on both the ground and ground floors. The original load-bearing walls are respected, generating fragmented spaces that articulate through them.
The stone is salvaged as the finishing texture of the load-bearing walls, the exposed wooden beams are left, giving great warmth to the spaces and their shape.
A single apartment is planned on the ground floor and two per floor. Total 5 houses.
