A block of twelve terraced houses and ten studios. The horizontal development building has three levels, all open to the valley and green areas of the town. Two floors of residential floors and one floor below the level of the access street, make up all the levels of the building. On the lower floor there is an English patio that allows to illuminate, ventilate and have an expansion area for the studios of greater privacy. The rest of the houses have their terraces in the direction previously described.

The block of flats in its entirety has a harmonic rhythm provided by the access areas that generate recesses in the facade highlighting the light that falls directly on the volumes. On the side of the terraces of the two upper floors, this articulation of the facade is generated in a similar way but through the terraces and the glazed stands of the kitchens.
