It is a multi-family building on an exempt corner. All the houses have pedestrian access from C. Lluis Companys, through a ramp that resolves the level difference that exists between the current street and the access level of the building with a maximum slope of 10%; this will lead to a vertical circulation system that communicates all levels of the building. It also has a vehicular access from C. Girona to the basement level intended for parking vehicles. The building consists of five houses, summarized in: two (2) Triplex, one (1) Duplex and two (2) floors, which are distributed over a total of 5 LEVELS.
The lot on which this project is located is a slightly curved trapezoid, one of its kind, and its layout is a corner building.
