Renovation of premises on the ground floor for a restaurant, about 40 m2 with a basement for services of about 25 m2. A longitudinal piece of furniture that extends throughout the entire space organizes all the specific functions of the restaurant (kitchen, beverage vending, storage, cafeteria, tableware return, plate lift that connects the two levels), freeing for public use the greater proportion of space. On the other side wall, the original stone of the estate (early XIX century) has been recovered, creating a delicate contrast between the new intervention and the original elements of the estate. The materials chosen for the intervention are predominantly wood, in combination with stone and furniture that adds matt polished steel as texture.
