The rehabilitation of the building proposes the location of an elevator that meets the minimum requirements for accessibility and makes the space in the lobby area of the property more flexible.

The proposed reform proposes a central wet core that separates the day area from the night area, forming two very simple and well-differentiated functional areas.

In one of the floors, a versatile type of housing was designed, with the ability to adapt to different needs, playing with the unevenness generating different spaces that are again unified by the visual continuity between them.

Original materials of the estate such as brick and stone were enhanced and annexed new ones but in full harmony with those, such as corten steel, wood, etc.
