In order to be able to adapt the house to the existing topography (with a difference in level of almost eight meters between C. de les Oliveras and the back of the plot) a stepped volumetric solution was adopted following the slope of the terrain.
The solution adopted resumes the vivienda in a structure of vigios and pillars in the cute level. The 12 x 12 meter plant in the intermediate levels, is reduced to the mitad in the other levels.
In the level that corresponds to the level of Calle, the area of day or social of the Housing is located more than an entertain bedroom. The upper floor contains the bedrooms and a large earth. In the lower ones the garaje, storage rooms and a multi -relationship space are located directly in the garden and pool.
