The object of this Project is the resolution of a building with twenty-one houses, ninety-nine parking spaces and five commercial premises. This block of flats connected to the rest of the block by the last two streets, gives rise to a plaza for public use. The whole complex obeys P.A.06 (Special Protection Plan and Catalog of the Architectural and Archaeological Heritage of El Papiol). It is located in Ca’n Esteve streets between Diputación and C. de la Salut in the town of El Papiol, Barcelona. All the houses have a pedestrian access from C. de la Salut, at ground level (no unevenness). The same happens with the public space of the dry plaza that is created on Calle Ca’n Esteve. Access to the parking spaces is via a ramp located on Calle Diputación. The building has two vertical circulation cores that connect all levels of housing. The commercial premises have independent access from the plaza seca. The building is summarized: ground floor 5 commercial premises with lofts and dry public square. The 21 homes distributed over 3 levels (1st, 2nd and 3rd floors). Floor 0 is the one that houses 1 commercial premises and access to the parking lot on Calle Diputación and 3 basement levels that house the 99 parking spaces.
