The volume of the building is characterized by the condition of maintaining the alignment of the corresponding road and the back yard of the lot, generating in this way a trapezoid in which the three houses are projected, which as a whole correspond to a typology of PB + 1 PP. They also have a basement for offices or studios, with a service area, ventilation and natural lighting through the English patio that overlooks Calle Ponent in the town of El Papiol. The access goes through the mentioned patio with a metal footbridge of light design so as not to generate almost any shadows on the English access patio.

The day areas are on the ground floor with patio and basement (for work), the night area with two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the upper floor. The main rooms facing the access area are projected onto the street through a modern metallic tribune with floor-to-ceiling balconies and railings made of metal strips attached to the design of the enclosure.
