The project resolves a rehabilitation of a building in the Poble Sec neighborhood in Barcelona and a new construction area and extension of the existing building. It consists of a baja floor plan (intended for local), first floor (in which there are two viviendas, with a patio savings – at the level of techno of locals), second floor (equal to the first) and covered plant (with passable azotea).

The new work of the building has an independent access, in such a way they remain separated with parts, a visually generated a formal integration of the directions of the predecessor building with those of the Nuevo, maintaining the horizontal disregard and provides of the different levels of immuables contributed. In the Barrio a good symbiosis with the tejido urbano.
