This project resolves 4 detached single-family homes located in the Urbanización Torre Valentina in the town of Sant Antoni de Calonge, in the province of Girona. Materialized in pure volumes suspended on their sloping plots, they offer a modern and minimalist image of the ensemble with its surroundings. The lateral facades with focused openings generate a direction of the house in a longitudinal direction parallel to the slope of the lot. The semi-covered spaces towards the front and back provide a more fluid interior-exterior relationship and fit in with the topography. The spaces are open and bright. The double height in the living room generates a spatial integration between the day area (on the ground floor) and the night area (on the ground floor), also providing a hierarchical habitability to this space. The plastered prisms rise on a mixed structure of load-bearing walls of the same material (the sides) and metal-free pillars.
