Listed building, heritage of the city of Barcelona. Emblematic building from the beginning of the 19th century, with important Rococo sgraffitos recovered and placed in relief with the intervention. A delicate and careful restoration, which highlights and enhances the intrinsic artistic heritage elements of the estate. There are six floors per floor with a new vertical circulatory core, where an elevator has been placed, substantially improving the accessibility of the building.

The penthouse with a glass roof of the living room is the perfect finish for an emblematic estate, dedicated to literature, to authors directly related to Barcelona, citing the same in the facades and other elements that make up the apartments, as well as in the box of general staircase of the building. Creating a fusion between architecture, interior design and literature, the La Casa de les Lletres project was born, a particular multi-family building.
